RETURN POLICY

We want you to have a thoroughly good experience doing business with littlpoco. That being said, we ask that you read our returns terms carefully:

If for any reason you find any product unsatisfactory, we will gladly accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of shipping. Please include your sales receipt and all merchandise must be in saleable condition with tags and packaging intact. We will credit your original method of payment (less shipping charges). Sale items may be exchanged or a credit issued. We do not accept C.O.D. returns.

To return an item, please send an e-mail letting us know what items you will be returning. You are responsible for properly packaging the return package. We recommend you insure the package. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
